What is a fair price to pay for 40% Kennedy's?? War Nickels

Wholesale buyers are paying 5.62x face and you have to ship them. 6.13 x face is actual silver content, but you could never get that. Is 5x face fair, would people sell st these levels.

I don't think you can ever get the *perfect* price nailed down.

I find most non-dealer buyers get at 40% Kennedys, so its "situation and terrain" conditions.

i agree with coinboy,

but let's remember if one has a stash they bought years ago, they do smell a wee bit better, even if they are the dirty diapers of silver coinage.

fair price for me yesterday was $0.50................did my usual banking yesterday, saw a Kennedy in the tellers tray.

" May I see the 50 cent piece? Yes it's the date I collect, I'll take it, thanks?".

Dang shame she only had one in the tray.
