Is this a cracked PSA slab

Hi guys.
The last while i have been buying PSA 8 copies of 80's rookies, just for my collection, its cheap and the cases look great. Plus if it cost $5-8 dollars to get them slabbed, i'll buy mine for $4-6 dollars with the card included. Thing is up to now that has been no issues but the last two have a bit of "frosting" on the right side only in about the same place, from two different sellers. Am i crazy or was this case cracked?
Why do superheros only hang out in New York or L.A.? Why not Bangor??

just a wild guess but that back ground looks a lot like a Roger Clemens RC?

HA! I had a feeling it was.

Well to answer your OP the slab looks fine. Plus I doubt someone would crack and switch a 1985 Clemens PSA 8 RC. I highly doubt it would be done on a PSA 10 as well. Especially now with the whole PED scandal.

FWIW I have cards that have come back frost/crack from my own submission to PSA.

    Here are some examples...
