Depends if they are cataloged. If so, then I'd think they'd be obligated to.

The Musial pin is modern, Im fairly sure.

Ive only had a couple dozen PM10 pins, but I dont know of any PM10 pins that have a signature on them, and most are smaller than the 2.25" of these.


There are many auctions of these with them listed for under $5.

This is the Musial I have seen before, but there may be other designs as well
