1837 CBhD, LM-2(R5) Raw, EF-40 (IMO). Comes notoriously weakly struck on the reverse, and this is a clear example of such.
Obverse is white/light grey, while the reverse has a crescent toning of dark-blue-ish-grey
This example may be a Top 10 Condition Census coin for this rare Die Marriage.

1838 RE CBH Raw VF-30. Crusty grey with lighter spots on the reverse (of unknown origin).
As far as I can tell this is a no-problem coin, with normal circulation ticks.
