I received an altered stock rejection on a 1960 Lee Walls. Who would take the trouble to do it? It's a nothing card.

Could also be something as harmless as moisture absorbed from basement storage etc.

I bought a 1955 Topps Gene Freese PSA 5 from a board member here. He seemed sad to see it go. I thought it was severely undergraded so I cracked it out. Came back altered stock. Later on a whim I submitted it again with another submission. Came back PSA 5. It will remain in that holder.
