Does anyone have any info on the bimetal panda coins? Like mintage figures, years, prices, etc? I can't find any info on them.

For mintage figures only, look at Chinese Coins, Coin sets, and Medals Information. The Standard Catalog of World Coins lists them, too. For more detailed information, all the bimetallic Pandas are covered in The Gold and Silver Panda Buyer's Guide. It includes color photos, weights, mintage figures and commentary on them.
