Renewal Specials?

Anyone know what they are? I was just about to re-up but saw the "call customer service for renewal specials" i'll call on monday but was wondering if anyone knew what they were. It sucks that they don't offer silver anymore. SMR is pretty much worthless. The pop report and grading specials are the only reasons for me to be a member.. the silver was perfect.
