Whoever is in power will always benefit at the expense of the people.

This is very sad, but also very true.The golden years are in the past,

Just like Orwell's Animal Farm. Power corrupts and this I believe is like a human gene that can't be turned off. It will always be present in our government. There are no more checks and balances.
