Autograph Identification Help

I was hoping to get some help identifying some autographs from a collection I just purchased. All autographs came from a woman who was the secretary to the Mayor of Philadelphia in the 30s and 40s. The collection I purchased had autographs from such notables as Jim Thorpe, Mary Pickford, Joe Louis, and Bill “Bojangles” Robinson. I can’t figure out who signed the ones below. Based on others autographs in the collection the mystery signatures could be from the world of sports, Hollywood, or politics.. Appreciate the help.
