I bought this set as a fluke. It is a Hamelton Mint Currency set.

8 bars of 4 oz. - .999 fine silver... total of 32 oz.

$1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 & $1 Million " Dollar Bills ".

My dealer offered it to me for $600. Just had to take it. image

And 2 - 100 oz. Die struck JM 100's ( Financial Ballast.)

  • I've always thought those Hamilton Mint currency "plates" were cool.. Never seen them offered as a set in a wood case (wish I owned it).

    My first thoughts! Unfortunately they're completely dateless. I don't think there's any way to identify what they are other than Morgans. But I thought they were kinda cool anyway.

    I thought I've seen/owned every type of JM bar around, esp under 5 oz but I've never seen one like that before.
