EBay filtering question

Is there a way to omit all items from an individual seller completely when searching? There are certain sellers that- for a variety of reasons- I would never, under any circumstances, click on their auctions. And some of them have a LOT of items. It would be nice not to have to wade through five pages of auctions from these sellers while looking for stuff I might actually want to buy.....

I have looked through the sitemap and can't find any such feature, but I know some of you out there are pretty crafty. Can it be done?

Go to advanced search and scroll down to sellers.

Click only show items and click on the include drop box and change to exclude. Enter sellers id to the right that you want excluded from your searches.

Go back up and put in what you want to search for and it should exclude those sellers that you put in the enter sellers id box.

You'll need to keep a backup of the list of sellers as eBay doesn't seem to save the sellers that you want to exclude.

    Walter,
Great question. I may have to use this option also. I'm sick of scrolling through PSA 6 1963 Mantles for $590. Waste of time.image
  • Thanks Jeff!

You should have bought mine Mickey...I had it listed for 6 monthsn for only $230. Got tired of the Ebay fees and no bites, so I sold it to All Star Cards for $200, no fees.....

    +1

Why are there so many greedy sellers on ebay?

Mine was $230 and I didn't get a nibble....it was only $30 over what ASC pays for that card in that grade (wholesale price).......so not all Ebay sellers are greedy....
