this came from a local, old time collection (owner purchased this "30 years ago")

BECKER marked on coin's edge; no other mention of COPY nor REPLICA


A recent Ebay seller was trying to get $595 for this example recently (in full disclosure he received no bids)

    These 1737 Higley Becker are electrotype copper casts to look worn and pitted.

    Pretty scarce as including the EBay listing this only the 3rd I've seen in 5 years.
