Whats sportslot like?

Hi all
New poster here, been collecting for a while and managed to pick up all the rare fleer and donruss 91 issues. Anyway I am now building set from the 70"s and picked up a couple of good starter lots of 1976. My question is whats sportslots like and do you use it? I need to fill in some commons and dispise using e-bay, (both buying and selling) so any input would be great

plus what a great site you got here, i spent hours going thru some of these threads

Great place for commons; bad place for commons in high grade.

I have used Sportslots before with no problems. The only thing is a lot of the cards don't have scans. Another site you can use is www.checkoutmycards.com

I've had pretty decent luck buying 70s stuff on sportlots. You generally need to buy from a few different guys and see what you get. If you like what you get from one guy, buy more from him.
