When to upgrade your eBay store

I'm bored on a Sunday night, and I've been toying with the idea of kicking my eBay presence into a little bit of a higher gear in the coming months, so I decided to do a little math and see what number of listings it would take to "need" to move up to the next eBay store level. Some high volume sellers may find this data interesting (if you mainly do fixed price listings on eBay). Here is what I came up with:
1 to 53 items no store is needed.
54 to 226 items you need a $15.95 store
227 to 12,500 items you need a $49.95 store (The 12,500th listing actually creates a tie between the $49.95 and the $299.95 store.)
12,501 items and above you need a $299.95 store

Couple of questions for a novice...this data is over a 1 month period? Are you talking about number of listings or number of sales?
Thanks
Jeff
