Here before eBay: three scarce SLQs and one REALLY RARE Shield Nickel.

Just back from the services. Some tough coins, plus one that's basically impossible to find.
1919-D Standing Liberty Quarter, PCGS "Genuine" for environmental damage. VF details. I think they were pretty tough on this one...I thought it would be graded. You be the judge. These are really difficult in any kind of decent grade. $275

1921 Standing Liberty Quarter, PCGS VF20, mushy digits on the dates as usual, otherwise quite nice $595

1927-S Standing Liberty Quarter, PCGS VF20, very tough in this grade, and nice $375

And....an 1873 Shield Nickel, Open 3, Large over Small Date, FS-1301, Fletcher-106. MGC AU-58. A hole in the Dansco album that virtually no collectors have filled. Listed in Cherrypickers as URS-3 (3 or 4 known), with Interest Level and Liquidity Factor both at 5 (as high as it gets). This is only the second of this variety attributed at NGC (a MS-62 also exists), and other references confirm its rarity. There may be less than a dozen pieces known. "Rare" is a grossly overused term, but it certainly does apply in this case. $1995.

Thanks for looking...
