    Yes - a 78T Molly - PSA 8.

    My theory?

I had it on the top of a counter near an open garbage pail - it's now the kind that you have to press to open - I'm thinking the cat pushed it into the pail since she knocks stuff off of everything!

I like the cat more than the card - so she's a keeper!

  • This is why PSA needs to attach some type of GPS chip onto all slabs now.

About four-five years ago I lost a 1984 Gretzky #243 PSA 10 when I sold my house. At the time it was a pop 2 and going for $400-$500. I suspect it was thrown away somehow during the move.

Was it a fake card and fake slab or just a fake card inserted into a doctored slab?
  • No good lost a card stories, but I have lost a small bag of diamonds (~$7000), a $5000 moon rock and an $800 microscope slide that was missing for about 5 years, but I found and sold about six months ago.
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
