1950 Menko (sorry guys, it is not a Mikan LOL) Babe Ruth -- may I get a little bit of help?

A friend of mine stopped in earlier today and gave me a few baseball cards that he had inherited from his grandfather. One of these cards was the 1950 Menko Babe Ruth card. I apologize for the not so pretty picture of the card, but I am a quadriplegic (low-level, which means that I can use my arms and I have very limited movement of my left hand, and none in my right)and getting to the scanner is impossible for me right now. in case you were wondering how I am able to type all of this when I can hardly move my hand, I am using great voice recognition software called Dragon naturally speaking.
I have a couple of questions about these Menko cards. Are they listed in any type of value guide? If so, what are the values for this card? It definitely will not run as a PSA 9 due to be roundedness of the corners, but at least there are no creases whatsoever. I know that I am not sitting on top of a gold mine, considering eBay has one for sale in PSA9 here for a mere $200. If I were to grade mine, I would give it a good/very good grade. So that would be what? A PSA 3 or 4? Although it is not a very costly card, would anybody mind are providing the SMR and/or price guide values for this card? I apologize for asking favors for such a low priced card. I certainly do appreciate it.
I have always wanted a Babe Ruth card prior to 1962 and I am slowly but surely getting closer to obtaining a card that was actually produced while he was alive. This one was made a mere two years after his demise.
Once again, I apologize for the lousy picture. It should at least give you a rough idea as to the grade. An iPhone with no flash indoors really does not take very good pictures at all.
Thanks again!
here is the skinny on the card:

That Ruth is seen fairly often on eBay, usually the single card will be graded, but its also seen in uncut sheet form often too. The value in the sheet is mostly in the Ruth card so the sheets will sometimes sell for the same if not lower than a graded example.
Id estimate yours in the $75 range, maybe $100. You will see them with BIN of $1000+ sometimes but thats far from what they really sell for.
There is only one on eBay right now, its not a bad price for the grade, but these are often in high grade since many are recently cut from uncut sheets and are sharp.
1950 Babe Ruth Menko PSA-9
last one sold on Ebay for $8.50
You can get around $25-$35 for a PSA 3 or 4
