Slabbing cost for an already PSA/DNA'd card?

I have a signed Ted Williams card that already has been authenticated with an accompanying LOA signed by Joe O. What would be the fee to have it slabbed? I cannot tell clearly from the current fee schedule, any help would be most greatly appreciated!

It would be treated the same way as sending in an unautographed card for card grading/slabbing. In other words, you wouldn't pay again to have the autograph authenticated, you'd just pay the normal price for grading depending on the declared value.

So the $20 fee would apply for declared value under $500, yes?

Normally when you send an item in for authentication it is $10 (or free depending on value/cost) to slab the item, not sure what it would be since it has already been authenticated.

ENCAPSULATION:
This service is available for items such as checks, index cards, cuts, postcards, uncatalogued cards, etc. that you would like encapsulated in PSA/DNA's tamper-evident holder.
1.Encapsulation, if you choose the service, is now included in the full PSA/DNA authentication fee for those items with an authentication fee of $50 or more. Those items under $50, encapsulation is only an additional fee of $10. Please refer to the autograph authentication chart above for more information. Please make sure to clearly mark the appropriate box for encapsulation on the submission form.
2.If encapsulation in our tamper-evident holder is selected, the submitter will forgo the certificate or full premium letter, PSA/DNA tamper-evident label and DNA daub.
3.If the customer chooses, they may request both encapsulation and the certificate or letter of authenticity for an additional fee of $10.
4.All autographs submitted for encapsulation must be submitted as a separate order from items not to be encapsulated (separate shipping fees apply). This will ensure more efficient processing.
