How do e-bay bucks work? I bought a set of iditarod cards for $5 but I got $20.10 in ebay bucks? At this rate I should be buying as many iditarod cards as possible....

Must have been a glitch in the system for a little while? I won 4 items yesterday; 3 had the correct 2% amount; the 4th, a $10 card, had $20.20 in ebay bucks earned.

Mine came couple nights ago and an $8 purchase, got $20.16 for it.

If you got the $20 ebay buck bonus, are you new members to the program or long time members? I bought a couple of items yesterday but just got the regular 2%. I've been in the program for a year or so.

Did it state "You'll earn $20.16 in eBay Bucks" on the listing before you purchased the card or did it come as a surprise after the purchase was already made?

i also noticed the $20 additional on one of my little purchases, trying to remember if i got an e-mail from them recently about a promotion for eBay spending.

No it was a complete suprise, no mention of it prior to purchase.

I'd received $21 in ebay bucks for a $51 purchase last week, and now it's gone

Bought 27,241 individual stamped envelopes for $0.49 ea and an eBay Buck rebate of $20.01 for each one. eBay bucks account is now $545,092.41!!! Yippe!!! Oh, wait, they just deducted my extra $20.00 per purchase. Now my eBay Bucks account is $272.41 and I've got 27,241 stamped envelopes on the way and a charge of $13348.09 to my checking account...
