NGC's edgeview scratch resistent holder

So I have four 1 oz gold eagles I'd like to get in edgeview. I'm not registered with the company's grading community.
I would prefer not to register. Could someone walk me through a good scenario to get these new holders ?
Find a local coin dealer ? Someone on this board who is trusted ? I'm open to any advice.

PS= these are already graded coins by NGC

    ANA members can submit with out joining. I like a gold coin in that holder too!image

    Join and get their free grading voucher. I find their member's only price guide more realistic. Their on-line submission for modern coins is convenient and fairly cheap.
