PSA/DNA Order: Accounting Hold status - how long is normal?

Hey Guys,
I have a PSA/DNA order that has been in "Accounting Hold" since 08/09/2010. I have seen a few of my orders in account hold for a few days - but never anywhere near this long. I have called PSA about this twice in the past three weeks and have been told that it is not unusual and that everything is fine with the order. The submission was for a PSA/DNA autographed card special. Has anyone had an order in accounting hold for that long? Thanks for the help!
