If you're talking pre 1933 Saint (and not modern gold eagle) there's more gold in the maples. If you're talking gold eagle (same gold content as the maples) you're looking at a higher premium for the tenth ouncers. From a resale point of view the tenth ouncers are probably a tad more desirable.
