I have seen this listed as a 1984 BYU Superstars card, and a 1986 BYU Superstars card, usually as a 1984. I guess some have just been confused due to his playing years or something, but it is a 1st series card, and #2 in the set, with a 1986 copyright. (First time I have seen both sides of the card).
eBay purchase for under $20 with shipping...pretty good score. I have seen the card listed at $200-250, and the last in auction (that I saw) had a beat up corner, blurry photo and went for $85.00.
