That's funny...did that last year. Only about 5% fell for it (over the full size candy bars).
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

Did that too... 1987 Topps baseball rack packs and 1991 Pacific Football Jumbos. The kids loved them. I usually have 5-6 candy choices and I almost ran out of the 12-14 bags that I had, found these in the attic and put them out, they flew off of the steps, kids were bypassing Hersheys, Kit Kats etc. for the cards. Gotta find some new cheap stuff this year, gonna be expecting it now.

I've been in my house for 21 years now and have given out packs every single year.....I've found that the boys are the one's who prefer the cards although I have had a few of the young ladies ask for baseball card packs. unfortunately I've exhausted my supply of 1988, 89 and 90 donruss....guess I'll have to get me another case to last the next 8-10 years.

PS. 88. 89 and 90 Topps work just as wellimage

The sad thing is you could almost do the same with most of the 70's cards that are out there without losing too much money.

the rats in the attic won't chew on them anymore, because their bellies are full.

When the cards at the bottom of the pile don't burn from lack of oxygen getting to them.

The city replaces your recycle trash bin with a roll off bin.

You build a house of cards. 2 story.

You dump them in the ocean and sea level raises by 2 feet.

Your local Fire Department installed 2 hydrants in your front yard. In case...
