Question regarding psa holder

Is there any way to tell by looking at the psa holder if the card was graded before the .5 bump.

    Yes on the Flip the Number grade is below on the newer stuff

    "9" is to the right of "Mint" on the pre .5 grading
    "9" is below "Mint" on the post .5 grading.
