BCW Card Display shelves

Years ago I bought a case of these from BCW and really liked them. Last summer, they were all destroyed thanks to a flooded basement. I'm in the market to buy another case of them, but it looks like BCW no longer sells them. I've searched around the internet for a while now and the only place that I've found them listed for sale is out of stock.

So....have any of you seen these or possibly have a lead where I could get my hands on a case of them? I think there were 10 to a case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
