Please help ID this 2 Mari German States Coin

Please help me identify this 2 Mari German States coin. I could not find an exact match on Google. Coin is approximately 18 mm in diameter and is dated 1654. Reverse says VON FEINEM - SILBER. Planchet is quite thin with a small split at 10 o'clock. The letters VON appear doubled.
Some mint luster is still evident.
Any info on this coin or the approximate value would be greatly appreciated!
