Anyone semi-local, don't forget the Labor Day show in Dublin (Columbus) next weekend. There are usually quite a few dealers and the displays this year will be awesome! It will be worth your time to come by, PM me if you need any info on it.

Want to buy an auction catalog for the William Hesslein Sale (December 2, 1926). Thanks to all those who have helped us obtain the others!!!
Just got back from my first time at the show and it was a fun/interesting afternoon.
The dealer presence was OK and there was a pretty good representation of most things - light on gold but seemed to be a lot of nice commems raw and slabbed. I upgraded a Peace dollar and got a 1914-s for my Lincoln set. Saw plenty of junky coins though.
I walked in at about 1:30 and the aisles were pretty much deserted - one dealer said there was a slight rush in the morning but I was one of a handful of customers while I was there. As I was about to walk out the door we started to hear a commotion - apparently a dealer was robbed of 2 slabbed gold coins to the sum of $1800~ by a snatch and grab.
**After reading of all the coin robbery discussions on here, out of curiosity I paid attention to the dealers packing up and anyone could easily sit in the parking lot and find out which dealer took which car/follow them etc - I saw a couple dealers packing their cars up when the lot was pretty much deserted -kind of scary to thing that robberies after coin shows can happen so easily.***
Glad to hear my "semi" home show is still up and kicking. Once school picks back up i'll be attending this show again and hope to get to meet you guys.
One last plug for the Labor Day Show coming up next weekend! Central Ohio, be there!
