Has anyone ever gotten a PLUS grade on a raw coin submitted to PCGS via the Teletrade program?

When submitting raw coins to PCGS via Teletrade, are the coins eligible for plus grades?
Obviously they should be, at least for those coins valued more than $300, but are they??
