1852/1852 $20 VP-001 NGC XF-45
This is an uncommon and fairly obvious double date with the doubling immediately north. The coin has the look of an original AU-50 but a small, old scrape or strike-through between the sixth and seventh stars knocks the grade back one. The only 1852/1852 comp at Heritage is an NGC VF-25, that sold at Heritage for $1495 two years ago. This coin can be yours, delivered, for $1850.
