Anybody have a 1992 Donruss Factory set (RED)?

This is getting frustrating. I have been looking for a 1992 Donruss UPDATE Brian Jordan for months and months now. They only came as inserts in Complete Factory Sets in the red box. I don't want to buy a whole sealed factory set for just a SMALL CHANCE at getting a Brian Jordan. I have looked on Ebay, Sportlots, and Becket Marketplace and I cannot find that stupid card.

Do any of you wonderful message board members have either an opened red set or a sealed set sitting around that they don't care about and wouldn't care to open and see if you have the Brian Jordan? I would buy the whole set if I had to if someone had a Brian Jordan.

You guys have come through before. I thought I would give this a shot.

what other inserts were there that were only in the factory set?
    Buying:
Topps White Out (silver) letters Alex Gordon
80 Topps Greg Pryor “No Name"
    90 ProSet Dexter Manley error
90 Topps Jeff King Yellow back
    1958 Topps Pancho Herrera (no“a”)
81 Topps Art Howe (black smear above hat)
    91 D A. Hawkins BC-12 “Pitcher”
  • I have a box somewhere...looked up the set in the guide the other.

I think it is the most worthless main set in all of baseball. The high dollar card was the $0.40 Cal Ripken.
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

In the red factory set only, there was (I think) 4 Update cards inserted. Those are the only ones I know of in the red set. I think the blue set had some Donruss Leaf inserts.

Yes, 1992 is pretty much worthless, but the Update cards are hard to come by.

I still have a factory sealed blue set that my wife gave me for Christmas that year with the $62.99 price sticker on the wrapping. Good grief...

if i do have it I might make you also buy a 88 topps series 2 big card box or a 88 donruss pop up box.LOL

Were the red sets the ones with the Studio previews?

The red sets have the Update cards.

Good news for me. A board member that rarely posts found the Brian Jordan card. He let me have it for $5 delivered. The search is over for that one. That is one tough card to find.
