Charlie Chaplin Autograph and Artwork

I have recently purchased the attached Charlie Chaplin Photo and Autograph. Can someone give me their opinion to its authenticity?
The piece has been authenticated by A.A.U (http://www.aaunlimited.com/), I know very little about this company. Has anyone had any dealings or know anything good or bad about this company? Only thing I do know is that the guy who runs the company is a court appointed forensic expert. His resume stretches for miles...
However, I have sent the attached pictures to a local dealer who claims the signature is fake. However I can't be sure because the dealer also has similar items for sale in his shop - so conflict of interest!
See pictures and copy of certificate below:
Your help and comments will be much appreciated!!

if it were authentic, which it is not, the value would drop because of that graffiti (the sticker lower right). Would love to see the photo - seems to be a 2nd or 3rd generation copy which speaks to age. Should be warm sepia not cold b/w. That authenticator - very funny that lady. In her Jackson authentication, she states she has no provenance after detailing the provenance. Too funny. Bad signature obviously.
Best,
Eric
