Help with error token

Here is a error token I picked up. The lettering is incused on the front and raised on the reverse. There are also a few letters on the reverse like that are not on the obverse. What kinda error is this. Also the backward lettering on the reverse does not line up with the front lettering.
Also wondering if it has any value.
