McFarlane Figurines - Problems

Has anyone else had problems with their McFarlane figurines not holding up? Here are pictures of the three Tony Gwynn figurines I have:
This occured within 30 days of purchase. The figurines are solidly in their bases. They just seem to be made of inferior materials that don't allow them to hold up under their own weight. Now, the two white jersey figurines have actually collapsed to where they're actually laying on the table, with their feet still firmly placed in the bases, and the bases flat on the table. The brown jersey stands at a 45 degree angle.
I've emailed Spawn.com, and they refuse to answer. I've tried to login to their message boards, but for some reason, I've been banned. The only way they possibly know me is from the emails I've sent them about this issue.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had problems with their McFarlane pieces, or with McFarlane's "customer service" department. They've really pissed me off on this.

Edited to add:
And here's my Dan Marino figurine:
The peg in his back foot isn't long enough to support the figurines weight, so it has also leaned beyond capability to be displayed.

And are these things made in China?
Sorry it happened to you Steve but they look cool that way.

<< <i>Were they in the sun?

None of them have been exposed to sunlight. I have all my McFarlane figurines in one room on shelves. I keep the window blinds closed at all times. All my other figurines are perfectly fine.
I just looked at the bases of my Gwynns and yes, they say "made in China"

I've been on a mission lately to avoid ANYTHING made in China. From cookwear and utensils to clothing and appliances, if it says, "Made in China," I avoid buying it. Have you tried finding a rubber kitchen spatula that ISN'T made in China?
Between the toxins and inferior quality, this crap should be outlawed! Screw the cheap prices. I'd rather pay more for something that will last and isn't going to kill me or my family than save a few pennies on something that I'll have to replace again very soon!
On the other hand, I still love buying item made in Japan. They STILL make things better than most in the States as anyone that burns CD's and knows about Taiyo Yuden (TY) manufactured discs can attest.
I try to buy Made in USA but that is getting harder and harder these days.
Plus the parts of an item could be made in 10 different countries and it's assembly could be made here
usually by the buyer with detailed instructions in 30 languages sans English, for us they show a picture.

PR department. Sorry this happened to you.
Their heads are getting bigger and making them top heavy.
So the Bonds figure should be standing on his head about 3 feet underground! Sad to remember the buck 60 fresh face future roid user from the Hawaii club with such blinding speed and a cannon of an arm!
F U Bonds!!!!
Sid Bream? really Sid Bream!
Spanky made every effort to make your horrendous "attempt" look good, but c'mon man SID BREAM!
How about instead of donating to the sportscasters you have harassed over the years, you
REPAY PITTSBURGH, for being a total disgrace, and humiliation to the great American pastime! You Father was a class act. Why you took the route of your godfather, to become a complete ass towards everyone who paid your salary!
Long live KING HENRY "HANK" ARRON, the real HR king!!!!
BTW, Barroid, how are your pimples going?
I won't even mention the "smaller" side effects!
if it's a recent purchase and used a credit card I'd do a charge back. I believe most give you at least 60 days from purchase.
I am still annoyed my Adrian Peterson ESPN Bobblehead broke on the second or third bobble.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
<< <i>Tony definitely could stand to lose a few pounds. >>
yeah i was headed there, too....i was gonna say maybe they mistakenly sent him models from the "After Burger King" collection.
ISTHTY SD.
<< <i>Is that a Ferrari stein in the back next to the mammoth collection of phone books? >>
No, it's a German beer stein. I was stationed in Stuttgart Germany in the late 1980s with the U.S. Air Force, and the stein was my going-away gift from my unit.

Unfortunately, it's been longer than 60 days. Plus, the sellers I bought the pieces from aren't responsible for the problem.....Spawn/McFarlane is.

<< <i>This is a common problem with many of their basketball figures. Even if you are not registered, you can view the spawn.com boards. You are probably not being blocked, they are slow to respond to setups. Look around there and you'll find threads on this and even how people have fixed their own figures using super glue and such. >>
When I try to register in their message forum, I get a message that "the administrator has banned my email address".
Like I said, the only reason they even have my email address is because I asked them about this problem. So, it appears they have banned me because I had the temerity to tell them one of their figurines is made with inferior materials.

Dan was sacked quite a bit.
