PCGS grade PR70 - my opinion only - see scans for yourself

    (1) It's hard to say from those scans whether or not it's what he claims.
    (2) He only has a feedback of 37 (not that it matters, even with a feedback of 3700, he wouldn't get a credible bid unless he was a renowned dealer).
    (3) "No returns accepted."
    (4) It looks like it ended early as well.

    Well PCGS hasn't slabbed any above PR68, in 67 they're worth $1500, in 68 $3200.

The issue is that he says that in his opinion, its PCGS graded PR70 but its never actually been slabbed.

He relisted it, this time saying PCGS graded it PR68, had his shill (100% bidding with him, 2 feedback, numerous retractions, bidding in multiple unrelated categories only on his items) bid on it at $1150, then canceled his shill bid.

PR70 to PR68? Apparently he's become a more conservative grader.
