Couple of questions about the World Trade center vault four floors beneath the center that housed all the gold.

1. Anyone have any good articles that accurately describe what happened to the gold.

2. Does this gold sell for a premium over spot when graded by the big two companies ? I would like to purchase a graded
eagle. What's my best strategy, and where do I go to purchase it ? TIA

    You can find WTC gold pretty often through eBay. Do a search on "WTC eagle" and you'll find a couple dozen. I've seen small bars (there is a 1-oz credit bar out there now), as well as k-rands, coronas, maples, and lots of eagles.

    They sell for a premium. But they are also shunned by many collectors for being morbid.

    morbid. That is my thought every time I see one for sale!

    More often than not on eBay they carry extremely hefty premiums.
