    I've not followed up on the Secure Plus classification since it's original release, but I didn't think you could get a plus without submitting it for Secure Plus processing? Is that a change, or did I have an incorrect understanding?

    Yep, they changed the + thing so now you could receive a plus on regular submissions and secure plus submissions as well.

    They had to change it because ATS did it right from the get go.
