    Now , now , .............. On a less exciting note , Victor Cruz reminded me alot of Luis Tiant. He had a herke- jerke motion that deceived alot of batters. --- Sonny

    I saw Reggie Jackson hit a homer off Victor Cruz at the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium to dead center that I swear never got more than 15 feet off the ground... At least I think it was Cruz....maybe one of you "detectives" can confirm...thanks for the memory!

    Jackson homered off Cruz at Cleveland on Oct.1st 1980 in the 9th inning. There was no mention of where it was hit.--- Sonny

    thanks Cal...that was it! I was attending Cleveland State University and had a job working as a loge attendant at the stadium during that time...thanks for taking the time to look that up!
