Selling on Ebay using Paypal

Hi,
I am hoping I can get some sound advice on selling on Ebay. I sold quite a bit over the years but I may opt to sell some expensive cards. I want to try to eliminate chargebacks etc. I know about confirmed addresses and shipping the goods the proper way. However, I thought I read on this board at one time that one could structure their Paypal account as to only accept payment from confirmed and verified addresses.
Can anyone kindly shed some light on this.
Thanks in advance,
Dave

I have had very few unconfirmed buyers in Paypal. Your bigger problem is someone trying to scam you through the "not as described" or never received chargeback.
Always check out the buyer feedback before you send an expensive item. If he has low feedback and only buys 99-cent cards, but suddenly bids on a $2000 card, you may want to talk to him first before sending the card.
In the new ebay, the seller takes all the risk.
