Another ebayer to block - torbone2970

Wins an auction for a card of mine for $51, then decides 5 days later (after not seeing payment from him) to send a message asking me to cancel his winning bid (how, exactly?) as he wanted the 2008 version of the card and not the 2009 version i sold (and my auction clearly states 2009). He so helpfully states that the underbidder will buy - as if he knows that personally. What a joke. It's a shame I can't neg his arse.
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

Once the Nonpaying bidder thing goes through he will be blocked from negging you.

Now just remember not to give him positive feedback later on. I had 2 cases like this in the past 5 weeks and when I went through the other night to leave positive feedback for all my auctions I mistakenly gave both people positive feedback. Before I thought these auctions fell out of the "need to leave" feedback area but I guess they don't anymore.

I'll tag along on this thread since I don't want to start another one, but check out THIS BUYER'S feedback left for others. This guy is a nightmare for anyone trying to sell raw cards. I had to block him (addyphil).
  • Both of them suck, the last guy looks to be a nightmare. At first I thought about how his attitude might be good for the hobby. I then realized what he was bidding on and what his negatives/neutrals were about. Pain!

It's no wonder I feel violent tendencies at the mere sight of most people.

NPBs can still leave NEGs, provided they respond
correctly to the case in the Reso Cntr.

    .........

    Policy

For transactions involving an unpaid item, Feedback left by a buyer may be removed when:

The buyer didn't pay or respond to the unpaid item case.

    The buyer is suspended.

The buyer's communication in the Resolution Center undermines the purpose of the unpaid item process and the eBay Feedback system.

I didn't even bother with the NPB - all that does is delay me getting the fees reimbursed, and delays me offering to the underbidder. He's been thorougly blocked though (along with the guy from jeffcbay's link...yikes)
