Question on "buy it now" style auction.

Is there a difference between a buy it now 7 day auction versus an in-store fixed price auction as far as how it is seen by a potential buyers search? I've done fixed price auctions in my store and hardly get any views....lately have been trying just old style auctions with limited success.

Ebay has changed their rules and search format so much in the past 2 or 3 years, I'm not sure a rocket scientist could follow it.

That being said, I believe there now is not supposed to be a difference in search between those two, although I think with the auction, the closer it gets to expiring the farther up in search it becomes.
