order status on the new system

Is anyone else having a problem looking up your order status? I put in my submission number and my zip code and it keeps coming back that it is a mistake. I just received the e-mail that my two orders have shipped, but cannot pull the orders up to see my grades.

Would love some help.

Try checking on the new main page at the top, "my account" and the click on the submission that you want to look at.
