Promos from the Nationals

Could some of you National attendees share some scans of the promos that you picked up? Do any of you aggressively seek out the promos? Did anyone score a Heritage Strasburg?

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Got a link? I found two threads over there but neither had pics. Did any one get any of the special promos for busting packs?

The Strasburg wasnt worth waiting in line. The line formed at 1:00 but they didnt start handing out the card until 3:00. Also you had to open 10 packs(cost $15.00 minimum) in front of a Topps employee. So you had to loose 2 hours of time that could be spent searching the floor and spend 15.00 for a card that is selling for 75.00 on ebay. Not worth it to me. Here is a link of some promos. If you are interested in any let me know.

I have all my promos for sale, I will get scans up later tonight and bump the thread on the BST board. I havent had time to scan them since returning home.

I saw MBMiller25's BST thread for the promos--he was only offering to sell them as entire package. It was a good price for anyone who wanted the entire package--but for one of the lowly and undesirable player collectors like myself, I am looking for someone who will sell just a few singles (saw 2 of the Topps Heritage and 1 Upper Deck card I will need).

I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

Do all entrants receive a promo card package or is it only the VIPs?
  • VIP package had a bunch of random promo packs. Haven't even looked at mine. I did pick up my free pack from Panini. Not sure who's in there other than Kobe.

The Panini pack is supposed to have:

    Kobe Bryant
    Evan Turner
    Wesley Johnson
    Derrick Rose
    Carmelo Anthony
    Brandon Jennings

  • Will PSA grade the promo cards?

Terrible football selection in the promos. I guess because new football cards almost/pretty much was dead for most of the year.

Classic had a Steve Young National promo in 1993...and I also have the 1996 Convention Badge with Young....any other Young convention promos/cards anyone know of?
Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
