Hi,
I'm retiring from the Coast Guard in mid-September with 24 years of service. I'd like to present to my emcee and my best friend who is going to give me my last salute a 2010 Disabled American Vet Commem in PCGS PF70DCAM. There is protocol in giving the first person who gives you a salute a silver dollar. My friend giving me my last salute also gave me my first salute. Since I was commissioned in 2004, I gave him a 1904-O Morgan in PCGS MS65.
