canadian coin value questions

Am I correct in assuming that CAC price guide is for TPG coins?
Also, Is there anyone in the Waukesha Wi. area that would photo and post a
few coins that I have questions on. (Or would assist me in evaluating same.)

    The CAC price guide is for PGCS and NGC certified coins that have been reviewed by CAC and have received either their green or gold seal.

    I don't think CAC does Canadian coins.
