Yes! I got my first metal detector. I decided for the Discovery 3300 by Bounty Hunter.

Got it yesterday and couldn't wait to test it. I searched my yard. Lots of "iron" targets, it keeps beeping with almost every step and always show "01" - "02" on the display. It is usual ?

I got 2 diferent signals, one was a very corroded can (maybe paint can) and the other was a piece of a roof tile. The roof tile was identified as "Cu10¢"... weird.

Any tips will be welcomed image
