New PSA - PSA/DNA Homepage

Tonight we will be launching our new home page for PSA which will combine the PSA homepage and the PSA/DNA homepage to one main page where you will be able to access all the information for card grading and autograph authentication.

As with everything new it may take a little time to get used to but we feel this will have better navigation and be easier to use for all our customers.
While the switch is taking place you may notice some delays on the site.

I will try to answer any questions you may have about where things have moved on the site tomorrow when it is live and I can walk you though it.

    Same here, I like it. It looks a little less busier, in a good way, then before.

    The new site looks great. Looks more contemporary and simpler to navigate. You guys do a great job on your site in general. The key is to always keep it simple and intuitive.

    I do think it would be worth putting up some page that would explain the differences in cost and service of the 2 autographed card authentication and slab services; the red flip that also grades the card (through PSA) also and the blue flip that says NOTHING about the card itself (through PSADNA and more expensive).

    Thats a frequent question here and the answers aren't entirely clear to the typical customer using the site.

    Is there any way to give us more info in "your account" section. More updates other than Date Received,Date Shipped,Status. It would be nice if we could track our orders through The Sticker Stage, The Spec Dept., Grading, Labeling Dept., Sealing Dept., Ver. Stage 1, Ver. Stage 2. I know these all depend on the volume of cards that you receive month to month, but it would be great to see some kind of a update as the cards go thru the system. Thanks, Andy
