Mickey Mantle 69 MLBPA pop observation

Hi all
I was cruzin thru the pop. report and went to the 1969 mlbpa pin pop. (listed in the bbcard section, NOT the pin ??)
I was a bit suprised to see that "the Mick" had the lowest pop. Only 1 PSA-7 pin had been graded ??
Mickeys items usally have some of the most graded items. Especially his later yr. stuff ??
