    I have some older poured JM 5 oz along with some 3 oz ones. Might have to activate my ebay account.

    The only thing I can think of is that maybe the year is a rare one of possibly the mine is was minted from. I'd assume that those might be what a collector would be looking for. Other than that, I have no clue.

    I think that old poured-style Engehard and JM silver bars command a high premium on ebay but you might want to do an ebay search on that to get an idea on how much they are going for on ebay.

    Seems like the 5 oz JM bars always go for at least spot + $5. I just thought that spot +$14 oz for this bar is ridiculous. I love the twenty 5 oz JM bars that I have now, but, I'd give them up in a heartbeat for $162 each!!! I could almost double up on my silver with that price!!!
