Now I'm starting to get annoyed

I recently bought a beautiful Ted Williams 1941 Play Ball card PSA 7 oc for a great price and it comes no problems.

I post it on ebay $850 obo and a man emails me with a phone number and says he is interested in the card, I call the number. The guy seemed pretty nice and offered $700 money order and he will send it out asap. After a week I get no MO from him so I email him asking if it was sent yet and he responds in 2 days "yes" that was literally the entire email. After another week I still have no MO so I email him asking for a tracking number but nothing so I proceed to tell him I am canceling our arrangement and he never replies.

I relist the card on ebay.

After a couple days I receive an offer for $700 from PaperTreasure I accept the offer and receive an email from him thanking me for accepting his offer and asking me to send an invoice. Finally! Communication from a buyer! I then send him and invoice and its been two days and nothing so I go to send him an email and I see "not a registered user" I am getting pretty sick of these "buyers" and after looking at his recent purchases I have a feeling that I am not the only person who will be missing out money. BTW: I am fully aware of the fact that I am an idiot for accepting an offer from a 2 feedback buyer... and an idiot for not having immediate payment on BINs


My question: How can I expedite getting my FVFs back? I know there is a waiting period for filing a NPB.


Also: I still have the Williams card for sale I am bringing it to the National today and I am also going Friday

Not sure but the FVF for the NARU buyer should be immediate, check and see if they were already credited, if not file the NPB and worst case you have to wait 4 days.
